We do NOT guarantee:
- Loan approval
- Interest rates
- Loan amount

User Responsibilities
You agree:
- Not to submit false information
- Not to misuse the platform
- Not to engage in any fraud, unlawful or unethical activity

Consent Clause
By using this platform, you consent to being contacted by Elevate Loan Hub and its partners via Call, SMS, Email and WhatsApp.
6.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the services, actions, terms or policies of banks, NBFCs or other third parties. Any dispute must be resolved directly with them.
7.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages including:
- Loan rejection or approval delays
- Financial losses
- Decisions taken by lenders

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Loan Hub, its employees, partners and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages or expenses arising or breach of these terms.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, technical failures or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
